At Gnosis, we're true pistachio enthusiasts, so when the "Dubai Chocolate Bar" craze swept in, we gnew we had to craft our own version! Traditionally, these bars are filled with knafeh (shredded pastry dough - most think it is phyllo but actually it's a unique recipe) toasted in butter, with pistachio, cheese, and syrup.
With GNOfeh, we retain the rich, indulgent flavors while offering deep nourishment. We’ve replaced knafeh with toasted coconut, use pure Sicilian pistachio butter, low glycemic coconut sugar, and envelope it all in raw, organic, artisanal cacao.

Buttery smooth caramel with all the sweet butteriness of grandma’s candy jar but with flavor & function like no caramel before! Made with low-glycemic medjool dates and raw true blue agave sourced from Jalisco, with cashew butter to add creaminess (no dairy in our kitchen!), carefully sourced, mineral-rich pink himalayan salt, and adaptagenic maca root from Peru.
