Though the Celesta (the bell piano instrument which plays the part of the Sugarplum Fairy - represented in our Collection by a Star Anise-Plum Jam atop a Gingerbread Mylk Crème) is dancing in your head now that we’ve described it to you - don’t worry! Your truffles will remain en pointe, and will not pirouhette, glissé, or jeté out of your keepsake truffle box!

The Debut Performance is a webpage on which your Truffles, Nutcrackers, Mice, and all elements of our Complete Nutcracker Suite will be presented with their ingredients listed, and their significance described, set to the correlating movement of Tchaikovzky’s music and the choreography of Balanchine’s ballet.
